Everyone was so appreciative of the lovely dinner on Saturday. It is one thing to agree the menu but quite another to cook it in a tented kitchen and have everything immaculately ready on time. We are very grateful to you and the team for all your hard work and for the calm and utterly reassuring way you dealt with everything. Elisabeth has always found it very easy to talk to you. Many thanks for wonderful day. Despite the worst the weather gods could have thrown down at us the food would have lit up any occasion. I did not want to say beforehand but my aunts are particularly good cooks and all the guests were knocked out by the meal. It is not easy to impress the Cornish family with crab/lobster but they loved it. A particular favourite was the honeycombe icecream! Your staff were first class and it could not of gone better.

I have been wanting to write you to thank you for the wonderful luncheon you produced for my wife's birthday. I have received endless letter extolling everything about the day, but especially about the food, the canapés were delicious. The tuna was cooked to perfection, and the salads were wonderful. The crème brulee was perfect. Also well done to your team of waitresses, they did do so well to get round some of those tightly packed tables. Thank you again so much for everything you did to make this a prefect lunch.
